REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Delali, we believe your satisfaction is our top priority! We work tirelessly to bring you the best beauty products and make you feel truly special. We understand that skincare is a personal choice, and for that reason, we'll gladly issue a full refund for any unopened or unused, full-priced merchandise returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.
Simply contact us, and we'll be happy to arrange a reverse pickup for most locations in India. If you receive any opened merchandise, you can reject it at the time of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale items, opened, or used products. We are also not liable for any damage to products after delivery.
Once your returned product reaches our nearest warehouse, we'll initiate your refund and inform you via SMS and email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders! For COD orders, there's a flat fee of ₹40 regardless of the order value.
All purchases are shipped from our Indore warehouse using our trusted and speedy delivery partners. Here's an estimate of delivery timelines:
